meetateamBack in the 1890s, things were built to last. And that’s why the McIntyre, Hog and Marsh shirt factory lives on as one of Donegal’s best-known restaurants. The original wooden floors, the old stone walls and those iron pillars are a wonderful home for the Yellow Pepper.
When we moved in back in 1994, we wanted to have a restaurant which was like the building – based on solid values of quality and attention to detail, and open to improvement and change.

We pride ourselves in paying attention. To our meals, our ingredients, and our menus. To our staff, so important to the experience of the restaurant. And above all, to our customers. We also try to add to Donegal’s reputation for friendliness.
